Tasks and Responsibilities: • Record and maintain project site status on a daily basis • Provide accurate and timely reports; ensure information is consistent and reconciled • Create ad-hoc reports based upon findings that may seem questionable • Report high level reports to upper management for review • Work with other team members in ensuring that deadlines are met • Tracks financial status by monitoring variances from plan • Determines financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results • Improves financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending actions • Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data • Increases productivity by developing automated applications; eliminating duplications; coordinating information requirements • Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations • Experience in purchasing and procurement of services and/or products. • Can work independently as well as working with a team when necessary • Must have MS Office skills • Must be willing to work overtime • Must be willing to travel 25% of the time Education and Experience Required: • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in the wireless telecom industry, finance, project management • Experience with accounts payable and purchasing systems • Proficient with MS Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook; Access a plus • Experience compiling and maintaining large spreadsheets/trackers • Must be able to speak/write in Korean. 2nd Interview will be conducted solely in Korean Key Competencies: • Critical thinking and problem solving skills • Excellent Communication skills • Adaptability and flexibility • Accustomed to High Paced Dynamic work environment I agree to the terms of service Update List
