Salary range : $70k-90k Minimum 4 years of automotive experience as program manager is preferred MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Complete leadership/owner of program launches • Grow sales and identify opportunities for expanding into new opportunities. • Provide customer service support as needed. Analyze feedback from customers to improve the business. • Overall program timing to meet internal and external customer requirements • Develop and maintain process documentation and program plans including, work instructions, timelines, roles and responsibilities and budgets. • Ensure risks, problems and issues are identified and escalated appropriately both internally and externally. • Responsible to maintain and improve program cost, budget, and margin • Lead communication with customer and within program team • Be the voice of the customer internally • Lead internal cross-functional program team meetings and reviews; maintain and manage all program open issues • Present program status at monthly executive reviews, including milestone Red/Yellow/Green status and program financial status, including actions plans for improvement and closure • Manage timely delivery of pre-production parts to customer • Ensure proper support of customer build events • Ensure pre-production parts and production tooling is invoiced on time • Write all necessary PO's to achieve program tasks and objectives • Maintain required program margin reports and tool tracking documents • Other tasks as required Qualifications: • Automotive experience preferred. • Experience managing concurrent, complex programs from design through implementation. PMP certification preferred. • Basic AutoCAD software knowledge/aptitude. • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. • 4 year technical or business degree preferred. • Strong familiarity with quality control procedures. • Strong experience with stakeholder management and conflict resolution. • English and Korean language skills required. Position Requirements: • Occasional travel may be required domestically and/or internationally. May travel up to 20% as required by job. • May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays. • Perform other duties as assigned.
