Now Editing “Proffered wage의 정의” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 안녕하세요. 최근에 140 deny를 받고 오늘 deny letter를 받았습니다. 이유는 net income이 proffered wage보다 적다, W-2도 적다, 그리고 net current asset 도 적다라고 나오고 deny 라네요. 제가 알기로 net income + w-2가 proffered wage보다 높으면 ability to pay test가 통과되는걸로 알고 있었는데 아닌가요? 그리고 추가서류 요청도 했을때 저희 회사 오너분들 personal financial position 과 bank statement 도 다 제출했는데 본건지 만건지 deny가 나왔네요. 변호사님은 motion to reopen으로 하면 문제없을거라고 하시는데 잘 아시는분 답변 부탁드려요 ㅠ I agree to the terms of service Update List
