Job Description for Production (NMP) Engineer

– Position Title: Production (NMP) Engineer
– Number of Positions: 3 (Rotating Shifts)

# Qualifications:
– Experience in Chemical Manufacturing
– Minimum of 3 years of production experience
– Proficiency in both Korean and English

# Job Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a Production (NMP) Engineer to oversee the NMP recycling production process for our client in Commerce, GA. N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) is a critical solvent used in the coating process during lithium-ion battery manufacturing. After the battery production is completed, waste NMP is collected by our client for recycling and purification.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the NMP recycling production process.

# Key responsibilities include:
Production Process Operation and Management: Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of the NMP recycling production line, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

# Technician Training and Guidance:
Provide training and support to technicians, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.

# Process Improvement and Efficiency Enhancement:
Identify areas for improvement within the production process and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
