Role: Production Supervisor / Manager
Hours: 8am-5:30-6pm (Extra hours may be required based on business requirements needs)
Location: Coppell, Tx 75019
Salary: 55K -60K annually (Based on experience)
Type: Temp to Direct hire (After 3-6 months based on work performance)

Summary:
Production Managers perform tasks such as taking inventory, making supply orders, handling disputes among team members and regularly assessing safety standards in all areas. Some of their other most common duties include Motivating, supporting.
• Providing guidance to production staff
• Check production output according to specifications
• Submit reports on performance and progress
• Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production

• Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team
• Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
• Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free
• Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
• Ensuring adequate scheduling of staff

Qualification:
• Korean /English Bilingual
• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
• Problem-solving skills
• Clean background
• U.S work authorization
