ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Plan and coordinate operations by reviewing Sales Order, MRP (Material Ready Date) and production plan with coordinating related departments
2. Establish priorities and sequences for manufacturing processes and oversee the daily workflow of production
3. Analyze operational and administrative systems throughout the organization and develop integrated reports used to evaluate operational effectiveness
4. Analyze KPI (Productivity, Manpower, Efficiency) and improve to achieve KPI
5. Plan and Control safety stock of spare parts with Production Engineering team
6. Monitor Quality check points and make corrective actions
7. Ensure compliance with all Safety, Quality, Company and Regulatory directives
8. Coordinate with Engineering team to ensure machine utilization
9. Supervise and Oversee Mattress Production team

PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB
1. Bachelor’s in Operations, Management, Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or related) or related filed
2. 5+ years of Manufacturing experience
3. 2+ years of Managerial experience ideally leading teams of 100+ employees
4. Strong background in Manufacturing process
5. Prior production management experience, ideally leading teams of 100+ employees
6. Ability to coordinate each process with related departments in production floor
7. Experience of preparation of various internal and external audits preferred
8. Strong leadership skills
9. Demonstrated experience with all MS Office products – Proficient in excel and PPT
10. Knowledge in ERP (SAP)
11. Bilingual in Korean required
