These biomaterials are intended for bone and tissue regeneration. Founded in 2011, the company has registered products in more than 40 countries, and the products are sold worldwide. As the business grows, we are looking for candidates who have a good teamwork mindset, competent, have integrity, and have good work ethics. The following position is currently available: Title : Production Engineer Duties: – Oversee and manage all aspects of the production process in a warehouse setting. – Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize efficiency. – Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products. – Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. – Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed. – Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. – Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure availability of necessary materials and supplies. – Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance and repairs as required. Qualifications: -Bachelor or Master Degree required, preferably in Science and engineering. – Previous experience in a production management role – Strong knowledge of production processes – Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. – Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement. – Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. – Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. – Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
