    Position : Production Controller / Production Control Supervisor
    Location : Ayer, MA

    MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
    Main responsibility is to focus on plant performance and continuous improvement. It is essential that the position works very closely with the Plant Manager, data analytics team, production, planning, quality assurance, maintenance, engineering, and department managers to ensure continuity within plant operations. Individual will be responsible for overall daily productivity, process, and operational management.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
    Key Outputs Measurements / Performance Indicators
    – Responsible for productivity and process management including:
    o daily monitoring and review of the production process from bean soaking, cooking/extracting, curding and to packaging
    o daily tracking of equipment downtime and loss events
    o ensuring quality control on documentation such as formulas, process check sheets, raw material usage
    – Responsible to provide on-the-job trainings for new hires
    – Must be able to perform minor troubleshoot
    – Provide leadership and accountability for all shift supervisors and help achieve daily, weekly and monthly productivity & efficiency goals/metrics/output.
    – Adheres to all Safety and GMP regulations
    – Other duties may be assigned

    – Must have strong analytical skills and mechanically intuitive
    – Highly proficient Microsoft Excel skills
    – Detail-oriented
    – Proactive and self-starter
    – Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills both in verbal and written
    – Able to independently assess, investigate and resolve issues
    – Highly proficient Microsoft Excel skills
    – Bilingual in Korean required.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
    – Bachelor’s degree in operations management, industrial engineering or related field required
    – Equipment engineering, maintenance, and production experience required
    – Food manufacturing experience preferred but not required
    – Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience preferred.
