    Job Title: Product Marketing Manager/Engineer – RF Power Product Line

    About the Job

    As a technical marketing manager, you will represent ONUS Solutions and interact with major US customers in Siicon Valley to play a critical role in building stronger relationships for the RF Energy product for semiconductor equipment industry. The marketing manager is to understand in-depth customer business and technology to articulate it to the company to help the customer conduct better performance.

    Responsibilities

    1. Be the central interface point between the customer and ONUS Solutions and coordinate the actions accordingly for continuous promotion.
    2. Understand the technology and lead customer engagement.
    3. Creates, orchestrates, aligns and manages the account teams (on subjects such as tendering, project execution, technology portfolio and more)
    4. Identifies and defines strategic initiatives with the customer to generate growth beyond existing business
    5. Monitors sales performance metrics by preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts
    6. Comprehend customer strategy and translate it into business development/sales strategy
    7. Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads through selective cold calling, attending industry trade shows, providing product demonstrations, and working leads from direct mail and other marketing campaigns.
    8. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences within the RF Energy – semiconductor industry

    Requirements/Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree with BSEE or equivalent preferred
    2. At least 3 years of technical sales experience with RF & Microwave or plasma physics
    3. Related industry experience within the RF and microwave field and or the semiconductor equipment business
    4. Good fundamental knowledge and experience with high-power microwave systems and solid-state systems
    5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and engineering to align strategies and achieve sales objectives
    6. Has demonstrated success by supporting its organization to achieve or exceed targets
    7. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
    8. Strong work ethic, time management, and organizational skills
    9. Availability to travel as needed
    10. Write and speak English fluently
    11. Write and speak Korean in native level

    Annual salary: $65K to $120K
    Incentive: Performance based 15% of annual salary
    Lunch is provided
    Relocation support: $2,000 for new employee coming outside CA.
