세원아메리카에서 아래와 같이 개발팀 Specialist를 모집합니다.

1. 모집 분야 : 개발팀, 신입 및 경력 (1~3년차)

2. 담당 업무 :

* Research and analyzes technology trends of the automotive frame technology for design and development of new auto frame parts production system and process as a member of the SEWON America, Inc.’s Product Development Department.
* Report findings and confer with the management and marketing staff to determine engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness, customer’s demand for improvement of existing equipment or development of new equipment.
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise field testing of new auto body &amp; frame parts products at company’s manufacturing factories
* Supervise and oversee new equipment installation in customer’s manufacturing factory, pilot test operation, and technical support
* Communicate with business customers in South Korea engineering feedbacks to improve existing technologies and to develop new products
* Provide technical consultation in areas of mechanical design, process, and manufacturing system to support activities of technical marketing team in  connection with marketing of new auto frame parts products to auto manufactures
* Supervise assembly team to prepare EO (Engineering Change Order) documents
