Position Summary
Boogook Georgia는 자동차용 브레이크 튜브 및 냉각 튜브를 생산하는 제조업체로, HMGMA 및 Kia에 제품을 공급하고 있습니다.
본 포지션은 신제품 개발 및 기존 제품 개선을 담당하며, 고객 요구사항에 맞춘 설계 및 품질 확보를 주도하게 됩니다.

Key Responsibilities (주요 업무)
• 자동차용 브레이크 튜브 및 냉각 튜브 제품 개발
• 고객사(OEM) 요구사항 분석 및 설계 반영
• 신제품 APQP 프로세스 수행 및 개발 일정 관리
• 고객 도면 및 사양 검토 (현대, 기아 등)
• 시제품 제작 및 테스트 검증 (내압, 내식성, 내구성 등)
• 공정 개발 및 양산 이관 지원
• 품질 이슈 분석 및 개선 활동 (Root Cause Analysis)
• 고객사 기술 미팅 및 대응
• 관련 문서 작성 (PPAP, Control Plan, DFMEA/PFMEA 등)

Qualifications (자격 요건)
필수 요건
• 기계공학, 자동차공학 또는 관련 전공 학사 이상
• 도면 확인 및 기본적인 이해 가능자 (설계 업무 없음)
• 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능 (고객 대응 수준)
우대 사항
• 자동차 OEM 또는 Tier 1 협력사 경험
• APQP / PPAP / FMEA 경험자
• 튜브, 배관, 유압 시스템 관련 경험
• IATF 16949 품질 시스템 이해
• 제조업 또는 자동차 부품 개발 경력 1년 이상
• 한국어 가능자 (우대)

Position Summary
BooGook Georgia is a manufacturer specializing in automotive brake tubes and cooling tubes, supplying products to HMGMA and Kia.
This position is responsible for new product development and improvement of existing products, leading design and quality assurance activities to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop automotive brake tubes and cooling tube products
• Analyze OEM customer requirements and reflect them in product design
• Execute APQP processes and manage development timelines
• Review of Customer Drawings and Specifications (Hyundai, Kia, etc.)
• Conduct prototype builds and validation testing (pressure, corrosion, durability, etc.)
• Support process development and transition to mass production
• Analyze quality issues and lead improvement activities (Root Cause Analysis)
• Participate in and support technical meetings with customers
• Prepare and maintain documentation (PPAP, Control Plan, DFMEA/PFMEA, etc.)

Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings (no design responsibility required)
• English communication skills sufficient for customer interaction
Preferred:
• Experience with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
• Knowledge or experience with APQP, PPAP, and FMEA
• Experience with tubing, piping, or hydraulic systems
• Understanding of IATF 16949 quality systems
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or automotive product development
• Korean language skills are a plus
