We are looking for a talented and passionate Social Marketing Specialist to join our exciting team, working to climb to the top of enjoyable mobile and native Apps.

Open Position: Product and Social Marketing Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update social media profiles for the company through social network services and media
• Create digital content for social media outlets, including but not limited to its design, copy, and scheduling strategy, and apply them for marketing and branding of company’s products and services
• Organize and manage distributions of marketing endeavors to new users by utilizing proper communication tools and/or applications
• Initiate marketing campaigns and events and prepare for core copies including press releases, YouTube videos, and other types of social media
• Update daily RSS and news contents by uploading onto company’s applications and business services
• Provide adequate comments and answers to the customers’ postings and/or questions in social networks
• Manage royal customers by utilizing social marketing tools and new events and promote prospective customers by developing various marketing activities
• Participate group projects and day-to-day operational tasks as needed in a venture organization
• Assist Sr. Management in preparing for reports and presentation materials as needed

Key Requirements and Preferences:

• Ability to effectively communicate with individuals/groups from varied backgrounds and skill levels (Ability to partner and communicate well with internal and external business partners)
• Excellent computer skills to include widely used software packages, spreadsheets (Excel), power point presentations, MS Word, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign proficiency, Mac and Windows
• Familiarity with social media and networks including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Hootsuite
• Understanding of common knowledge and terminologies in mobile apps
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Social Media, Communications, Journalism and Broadcasting or related field and a minimum of one (1) years of service related experience in mobile app or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1 year of experience in handling social network tools and programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Korean-English bilingual skill is preferred)
• Detail and multi-task oriented with organizing skills
• Experience with composing media copies
• Deliverables based focus within allowed time frame.
• Must be able to collaborate with multiple groups to reach a common objective
• Solving skills and sense of urgency are plus
• Ability to handle routine tasks daily with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills
