PW를 받는 과정에서 기대했던 wage level 보다 더 낮은 레벨로 나왔는데요, 변호사는 이럴 경우에 더 높은 현재 salary를 사용해서 광고해야 한다고 합니다. 이해가 가지 않는것은, 제가 PWD를 받은 requirement가 제 현재 조건(학위, 경력 after joining current firm) 보다 낮은 조건으로 받았는데, 지금 받는 salary를 광고해야 하는게 맞는건가요? 광고하는 salary가 낮을수록 less applicant가 올것 같은데, PW를 사용하면 안되는게 맞는건가요? 답변 꼭 부탁드립니다.
