Using CAR and TCR technology, the company develops personalized CAR- and TCR-Treg cells to help patients with autoimmune diseases. We are now dedicated to developing a clinical program with our signature TCR-Treg product. TeraImmune, Inc. is eager to seek a translational biotech postdoctoral scientist who will work with us in translating the academic result to the clinical outcome. Up to date, we are being in the optimization of a manufacturing process of clinical Tregs products. As a postdoctoral scientist, you will lead the automation development of the manufacturing and conduct the administrated work related to the task. Expected tasks • Develop workflow and protocols of Treg cell manufacturing process with an automated device (CliniMACS Prodigy). • Conduct administrative tasks related to the collaborative project with outside partners. Qualifications. • Major in Immunology, Biology, Biochemistry, and Biomedical Science or related area. • Ph.D. candidate expected to graduate 2020 or Ph.D. degree less than 1-year of post-doctoral experience. • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills required. • Occasional traveling is required. Preferred Experiences • Good oral and written skill in English • Experience in primary immune cell culture and flow cytometer • Knowledge in cellular immunology.
