Our team focuses on delivering reliable, scalable, and secure server and network solutions to support business-critical systems and operations. <strong>Job Summary</strong> We are seeking a Senior Server & Network Administrator to lead the planning, implementation, and management of enterprise server and network environments. This role will work closely with developers, application teams, and IT leadership to ensure high availability, performance, and security across systems. <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> Lead integration and management of enterprise-level servers and network systems Administer and maintain Windows, Linux, and UNIX environments Install, configure, and manage network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) Monitor system performance and ensure uptime, availability, and reliability Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution Manage backups, disaster recovery planning, and system logs Apply security patches, OS upgrades, and network configurations Support and enforce change management processes (ITIL framework) Collaborate with developers, application teams, and internal stakeholders Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs Proactively identify risks and single points of failure Provide recommendations for system improvements and upgrades Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports <strong> Qualifications</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 9+ years of server and network administration experience Strong hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and UNIX systems Experience in cloud and virtualized environments Deep knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, MPLS, VDI) Experience with Cisco networking equipment and Dell servers Strong understanding of network security best practices Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools Experience working within ITIL frameworks Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Bilingual in Korean and English (Highly Preferred) <strong>Preferred Certifications</strong> CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, or similar certifications <strong>How to Apply</strong> <strong>Please send your resume to: Jenniferk@sbtgus.com</strong> I agree to the terms of service Update List
