I try to file I-765 renewal myself to save money. I have a couple of things that confuse me. please hlep me! briefly, my background is that I turned in I-140 and I-485 together in 2007 < EB3, skilled employee, Nurse>. since than I-485 has been pending.> last January I visited korea for a month with I-131.
number 11: have you ever before applied for employment authorization from USCIS?
– my answer is yes, but what date do I need to write, received date or notice date?
