Job Title: Logistics Business Operation/System Back-End Developer (Python Developer)
Contract: 1 year + extension or direct hire opportunity
Location: Plano, TX
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

주요 업무 (Key Responsibilities):
• 요구사항 분석 및 정의, 자동화 기회 발굴을 위한 기술 요구사항 및 유스케이스 작성
• 일일 데이터 분석 업무의 안정성과 일관성을 보장하기 위한 데이터 모니터링 및 분석
• 이메일 발송, 일정 예약, 데이터 다운로드, Excel 매크로 실행 등 업무 자동화를 위한 데이터 분석 도구 설계·개발 및 관리
• Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense 및 기타 웹 애플리케이션을 활용한 대시보드 설계 및 구축
• 다양한 소스로부터의 데이터 수집, 배송 지연(aging) 추적 등 자동화 업무 관리
• 데이터 구현 프로젝트를 위한 기술 사양 설계 및 문서화
• 신규 모듈 테스트 계획 수립 및 테스트 수행을 통한 소프트웨어 기능 검증
• 프로젝트 수행 전반에 걸쳐 디렉터 및 다른 개발자들과 협업
• 수시 보고서 작성 및 기타 관련 업무 수행

자격 요건 (Requirements/Qualifications):
• 관련 전공 학사 학위 소지자
• Python, VBA 등 다양한 분야에서 2년 이상의 개발 경력
• 2년 이상의 데이터 분석 또는 관련 경력 우대
• 2년 이상의 물류 또는 공급망(Supply Chain) 분야 경력 우대
• RPA 툴 사용 경험 우대
• 뛰어난 분석력 및 문제 해결 능력
• 성실하고 책임감 있는 업무 태도

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and define requirements; create technical requirements and develop relevant use cases for automation opportunities
• Monitor and analyze data to ensure the stability and consistency of daily data analytics tasks
• Design, develop, and manage data analytics tools to automate tasks such as emailing, scheduling, downloading data, and activating Excel macros
• Design and build dashboards using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense, and other web applications
• Manage automation tasks such as collecting data from various sources, tracking delivery aging, and other necessary functions
• Design and document technical specifications for data implementation projects
• Develop test plans and perform testing on new modules to ensure the software functions as expected
• Collaborate with directors and other developers throughout the execution of the project
• Perform ad hoc reporting and other job-related duties as required

Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years of development experience across multiple areas (Python, VBA)
• 2+ years of data analytics or other relevant experience is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus
• Experience with RPA tools is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethic
