Now Editing “[Plano, TX] Logistics Claim Operator 모집” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at 한국 글로벌 기업의 텍사스 달라스 지역 Plano에 위치한 지점에서 Logistics Claim Operator로 일하실 분을 모십니다. <strong>Job Title:</strong> Logistics Claim Operator <strong>Contract:</strong> 1 year + extension or direct hire opportunity <strong>Location:</strong> Plano, TX <strong>Hours:</strong> 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM <strong>Benefits:</strong> Medical / Vision / Dental / PTO (After 90 days) <strong>주요 업무 (Key Responsibilities):</strong> • 클레임 접수 건 검토 및 필수 서류 확인 • 분실/도난/사고 관련 클레임 접수 및 관리 • 반품 및 QC 보고서를 기반으로 파손 클레임 처리 • 물류업체와 협력하여 클레임 해결 진행 • 거절된 클레임 검토 및 고객 안내 • 부당 거절 건에 대한 이의 제기 및 보상 협상 • 자료 분석을 통한 클레임 타당성 판단 • 월간 클레임 보고서 작성 • 계약 조건 및 손해 보고서 검토 • 클레임 관련 사항을 이해관계자에게 안내 • 고액 클레임 이슈 보고 및 대응 지원 <strong>자격 요건 및 역량 (Qualifications & Skills):</strong> • Excel 활용 능력 필수 (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables 등) • 물류 클레임 경험 1년 이상 우대 • 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 • 문제 해결 및 분석 능력 • 팀 협업 및 빠른 업무 환경 적응력 • 꼼꼼함 및 업무 관리 능력 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> • Review new submissions to ensure all required documentation and claim details are included • File and manage shortage claims based on shortage investigation report, theft notification, and/or warehouse incident report • Investigate and process damage claim submissions based on return authorizations and QC reports • Communicate with the logistics service provider (LSP) to ensure a timely and accurate resolution • Thoroughly review all claim declines and communicate the final resolution to customers, if valid • Dispute invalid claim resolutions to overturn declination and negotiate claim settlements • Analyze data to determine claim validity; evaluate independent reports, including video, written incident reports, valuation estimates, etc. • Compile comprehensive claim analyses for monthly reporting to clients • Work within company guidelines to analyze contractual agreements of the customer, shipper, consignee, or carrier and then assess the physical damage reports and the cargo claims findings • Notify involved parties of claim filings and/or rejected claims and clearly communicate with the claimant the best course of action to mitigate loss • Escalate high-value declinations with management to discuss possible recourse • Other ad-hoc reporting/investigation <strong>Qualifications & Skills:</strong> • Required proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to, basic reporting functions and formatting, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables • 1+ years of freight claims processing experience preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Superior attention to detail, organization, cross-group collaboration, and project management skills ** 채용 절차: 서류 전형, 전화 인터뷰, Onsite 인터뷰 ** 지원 및 문의 방법: recruiting@people4nets.com 으로 이력서 송부 (담당자: Katherine), (문의) 469-777-6236 / 214-444-0240 I agree to the terms of service Update List
