Now Editing “Perm Denied 관련해서 여쭙니다..” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 12월 31일 EB-3 Perm 제출 후 4월 27일 노동청으로 부터 Perm denied 통보를 받았습니다. Since the employer failed to provide information as requested by the Certifying Officer by the specified date, the application is denied. 위와 같은 이유로 거절이 됐는데요. 고용주는 verify 똑바로 했다고 하고 변호사 또한 verify 했다는 메일을 노동청으로 부터 받았다고 하면서 왜 거절이 된 건지 모르겠다고 합니다. 우선은 reconsideration 을 file 한 상태이긴 하지만 저 또한 왜 거절이 된 건지 의문이라 고수님들에게 여쭤봅니다. 노동청에 혹시 실수를 한 것 일까요? 또 이런 일이 종종 발생하는 건가요??
