Now Editing “PERM case number” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 안녕하세요 항상 좋은 정보 얻어가는 미국초보입니다. 얼마전에 회사에서 EB2 영주권 프로세스를 시작하였고, PWD를 거쳐 PERM을 접수했다는 연락을 받았습니다. 그래서 tracking을 위해 PERM case number를 요청했는데요, 변호사쪽 얘기로는 PERM을 USCIS가 아니라 Department of Labor에 접수했기 때문에 tracking할 수 가 없다고 합니다. "With regard to a case number, since the PERM is filed with the Department of Labor and not USCIS there is no way for you to track its progress. However, based on the iCert website it appears that the DoL is processing PERMs filed in October or earlier. " PERM을 filing하는 곳이 두곳으로 나누어져 있는지는 몰랐네요. 이렇게 되면, 제 case를 tracking하기는 힘들게 되는건가요? USCIS랑 Department of Labor중 주로 어디에 filing하나요? 장단점이 있을까요? 저와 같은 상황을 경험하신 분들의 조언을 듣고 싶습니다. 감사합니다. I agree to the terms of service Update List
