Job Description
Plan, manage, and coordinate activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meeting the levels of product demand
Work with Parts Cage team and Shipping Team to determine and set up intercompany transfers
Analyze shipping method for parts on open PO using different data
Analyze BOM to research part numbers for alternatives to fulfill order, part conversion, etc.
Follow up with HQ for part information in regards to discontinuation, lead-time, MOQ, pricing, etc.
Analyze and direct the allocation of materials, supplies, and products

Requirement
Require acquisition of Associate’s Degree or equivalent
Entry level position; 2~3 years in the workforce
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Quick learner with the ability of multi-tasking and maintain focus
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Strong sense of time organization and urgency
