Now Editing “OPT Expired 후 STEM OPT 카드가 도착하지 않은경우” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 안녕하세요. 현재 opt 로 일하고 있고 지금 EAD는 6월 29일에 만료 됩니다. 오늘 드디어 STEM OPT 가 Approve 됬습니다만 카드를 받는 시간은 좀.. 걸릴거 같네요. 찾아보니 이런 말이 있는데요.. As long as USCIS has received your application prior to your current EAD card end date, your legal status and work authorization in the US are automatically extended by up to 180 days or until you receive a decision from USCIS regarding your request 여기서 receive decision이란 EAD카드를 받는때를 말하는 건가요? 아니면 approval notice를 말하는건가요? 아니면 단순히 이메일로 approve 됬다는 것을 받을때 이야기인가요? 만약 후자라면, 카드를 받을때까지 일은 못하는건가요?
