Now Editing “OPT 승인 레터를 받았는데 오류가 있는데..” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Intial OPT가 승인(Case was approved) 난지 3주가 지났습니다. Card is being produced는 아직 안 떴구요. 보통 EAD카드를 손에 쥐는데 일주일 정도 걸린 다던데 왜 이렇게 늦나 해서 USCIS에 전화도 걸어보고 했는데 30일은 기다려야 한다고 하더군요. 그런데 받았던 Approval Notice Letter를 검토중에 Type, Form 모든게 맞는데 밑에 부분 설명에 아래와 같이 써있네요. 전 Green Card 랑은 상관없는데 잘못된 Instruction이 인쇄된 것 같습니다. (인터넷 Status Check에서는 올바르게 I765가 승인되었다고 나와 있습니다.) 'We have approved your application for employment authorization and your Form I-485 ~ Because we approved your Form I-485, you will not receive an Employment Authorization Document (EAD) card, Instead, you will receive a Permanent Resident Card" 이런 경우 보신 적 있나요? 내일 USCIS에 전화해볼껀데 괜히 걔네들 실수 떄문에 전체 프로세스가 늦어질까봐 걱정이 많이 되네요.
