Position : <strong>Operations Specialist Location : Brea, CA</strong> We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join the Supply Chain Management team in Brea, CA. This is an opportunity to become part of a fast-growing ambitious and dynamic team and work for a global company at the forefront of K-beauty that has been driving innovation in the beauty space for over 70 years. <strong>Responsibilities:</strong> Manage and overview day to day operations included shipping, receiving and internal movements Manage daily shipping for all orders including basics, collateral, and special assembly projects Manage daily operations to ensure all the requirements and timelines are met Manage the transportation arrangements according to routing guidelines Manage the master data to keep accurate product information in system Create RA, inspect physical return products in order to maintain the inventory accurate Work with suppliers and customers to improve operations and reduce cost Manage billing procedures and analysis report regarding operations key index Manage the inventory cycle to prevent overstock or shortage Manage EDI transaction in order to ensure that all system changes are processed as according to change control guidelines Manage and ensure compliance with company policies, programs and procedures. Plans, designs, prioritizes and implements initiatives that results in continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, operations efficiency and profitability Other Activities: <strong>Main internal interactions:</strong> SCM Director: daily to discuss and report Marketing and sales managers, Sales Admin: more than weekly to discuss and inform Operations team members: daily to discuss and inform HQ SCM and international sales team: more than weekly to discuss and inform Main external interactions: Inbound carriers: daily contact regarding FDA issue and custom clear Retail shop, online customers and vendors: daily to discuss customer inquires <strong>Qualifications:</strong> 3-5 years of experience in SCM, operations, or logistics Knowledge of SAP Proficient on PC & MS Excel Understanding and ability to manage risk in operations BA or higher degree in Business, logistics, or equivalent experience preferred Communication and interpersonal skill Excellent organizational skills and work ethics Strong analytical and problem solving skills Able to work under pressure & tight schedule Adapt to changes & environment quickly and be a team player Effective problem solver Demonstrates Learning Agility Strives for excellence in execution Willingness to perform a variety of jobs as requested Takes initiative and can start/complete tasks with basic direction I agree to the terms of service Update List
