Duties and Responsibilities
Process orders according to the company’s operational flow
Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor.
Process orders, releases, cancellations, adjustments, changes, requests, fees, sales order and other related paperwork.
Provide information about the products and services.
Update customer information and account status in the appropriate database
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation.Qualifications
Associate degree preferred
Relevant work experience preferredSkills
Positive and professional demeanor
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Professional phone and customer service etiquette
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and sales representatives
