We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for various roles and responsibilities related to customer account analysis, wholesale inquiries, E-commerce channel management, contract management, and more. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred for effective communication with our international clients and team members.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct customer account analysis and provide insights on pricing, product mix, promotions, and allowances.
• Manage and respond to wholesale inquiries and private label requests.
• Develop and maintain relationships with E-commerce and OEM channels.
• Participate in RFI (Request for Information), RFQ (Request for Quotation), and bidding processes.
• Assist in contract management and supplier agreements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and operations.
• Participate in meetings and conference calls with retailers and headquarters.
• Handle insurance claims and policy renewals.
• Support inventory management and liquidation processes.
• Address customer complaints and facilitate resolutions.
• Coordinate with the factory and legal team for quality control and litigation matters.
• Assist in freight claim processes and damage to merchandise.
• Provide support in EDI transactions and account setup.
• Assist in generating sales reports and analyzing data.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective company operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience required.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean (spoken and written) and English preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in customer account analysis or related roles is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of SAP system and EDI transactions is a plus.
