Job Description

Position Type: Full Time; Exempt
Title: Operations Administrator
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
About Us: A leading comprehensive Quartz and Solid Surfaces distributor and global
supplier of premium Kitchen & Bath countertop materials.
Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct periodic physical inventory counting and reconcile discrepancy.
• Manage and communicate with consignment warehouses and sales department.
• Address and implement key inventory control system for direct sales distribution
centers.
• Review return material authorization form and process the return procedure.
• Provide logistics transportation and warehouse management solutions.
• Assist with Operation Director (Make recommendations to the management to
improve operations.
• Collect, analyze, report data for review using SAP and Excel.
• Logistics
• Manage the coordination of freight movements via various modes.
• New vendor search
• Billing Rate Negotiations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
• 2+ years’ experience with data analytics/reporting/mining
• Experience with SAP required
• Must be an expert user of Microsoft Excel

• Bilingual in Korean and English
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
