LOCATION & WORK HOURS
ㆍLocation: Carrollton, TX (* on-site job)
ㆍWork hours: Full-Time, 7:30am – 4:30pm (8hr/day, 40hr/week)

REQUIREMENT
ㆍMust be able to use Microsoft office, especially Excel.
ㆍ Bilingual (English/Spanish)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESConfirm daily work hours in P4N’s human resource management (“HRM”) system and report daily attendance to a client.
Communicate with our on-site HR coordinator and warehouse employees.
Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
