Fast-growing online wholesale marketplace in Downtown Los Angeles seeks hard working, motivated, e-commerce customer service manager. This individual should also have a desire of being customer-centric and devoted to creating an incredible shopping experience for our online customers.

Responsibilities: 
- Align customer service policies and systems to match the company's objectives 
- Develop short- and long-term solutions for improving the quality of customer interactions 
- Find ways to motivate and incentivize the team

Desired Skills and Experience:
