The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing network systems and servers to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: – Provide on-site support for network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points. – Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux) and related system software. – Monitor network and server performance; identify and resolve issues promptly. – Perform regular backups, updates, and patch management. – Assist in implementing security protocols and disaster recovery procedures. – Collaborate with internal teams to support IT projects and infrastructure upgrades. – Document system configurations, network diagrams, and support activities. Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. – Minimum 2 years of experience in network and server administration. – Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, and network security. – Experience with Windows Server, Linux servers, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V). – Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. – Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. – Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+/Server+, MCSA) are a plus.
