We are seeking an individual that can help around with basic office needs and provide excellent customer support/service. This may include:
Answering customer phone calls to take orders while distributing calls where necessary
Responding to customer emails in a friendly, timely and professional manner regarding sales related questions
Order entry within our accounting program
Tasks that are related to a receptionist
We are an online retail company. Most of our customer correspondence is mainly through email, sometimes on our chatting platform, but seldomly on the phone.
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits: PTO, Paid Holiday, Medical, Dental, and 401K Matching
Hours: Monday-Friday 9AM to 6PM
Starting hourly pay: $15 to $20
Requirements:
Work authorization – USA
MS Office
WPM – 40+
