안녕하세요
EAD카드 기다리는 동안 기존 비자 연장이 denied되서 회사에서 기다려 주면서 한달 정도 쉬었는데요.
기본적으로 terminated 되었던거라 EAD받고 돌아와서 re-hiring process를 거쳤습니다.
예전 offer letter에는 영주권 취득을 회사에서 도와주면 승인 날짜부터 1-6개월 중 퇴직시 $$$(정확한 액수) amount를 6-12개월은 $$ / 12-18개월은 $ 을 뱉어내라 라는 내용이 있었어요.
이번에 새로 사인한 offer letter에는 위의 내용이 빠져있었는데 괜히 말하기 싫어서 없는대로 사인 했어요.
It is further understood that this letter is intended for purposes of explaining the details of the total offer and does not represent any inferred short or long-term commitments other than those described in the letter.
라는 내용도 새 계약서에 있는데
그럼 저는 이제 더 이상 노예 계약 내용이 없어진 건가요?????
