Freight Forwrding Specialist 8 Positions: Ocean Import/ Air Business Planning / Air Export / Air Import / CFS Ware house Specialist / Multiple locations: Carson, CA, Duluth, GA Position 1– CFS Ware house Specialist 경력(1년~10년) (Full Time Position – Must work Sat/Sun), Location: Carson, CA Shift #1 (Friday ~ Tuesday, 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM). Shift #2 (Sunday ~ Thursday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM). Responsibilities • Ensure the control of the shipment by inspecting it upon arrival at the warehouse; perform physical count of pieces, check damages, sort out, and organize shipments to designated area • Supervise warehouse staff jobs by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees • Maintain/organize supporting documents for all shipments going in/out of warehouse • Coordinate and arrange trucks for daily pick-up/delivery from/to various airlines • Great communication skills to work efficiently with various airlines, vendors, customers, and team members • CFS relevant other duties may be assigned. • Work well with computers; fast typing skills as well as basic knowledge on MS Office Word, Excel, etc. for the Data Entry operation. Position 2– Air Business Planning Specialist 신입, 경력(1년~10년) Location: Carson, CA Responsibilities • Air Shipment data management & monitor the status of data update for all FNS US branches. • Service Coordination / Communication with all FNS members within the US, and take a role as a Control Tower if any issue that may arise. • Arrange meetings with branch managers and/or customers, and record the meeting in a written format. • Collect and compile different kinds of data to create the reports to help visualize the large amount of data. • Work well with computers; fast typing skills as well as decent knowledge on MS Office PowerPoint and Excel. Position 3– Air Export Specialist 신입, 경력(1년~10년) Location: Carson, CA Responsibilities • Plan, organize, and process air shipments for exportation to exceed our customers’ expectations. • Coordinate with airlines and other vendors (trucking companies) to ensure the smooth operation. • Generate billing invoice using FNS system and send AR invoices to customers. • Manage monthly AP invoices from the vendors to coordinate payments with accounting team before the due dates. Position 4– Air Import Specialist 신입, 경력(1년~10년) Location: Carson, CA Responsibilities • Plan, organize, and deliver daily shipments to exceed our customers’ expectations. • Communicate with CFS warehouse team, customs brokerage, and trucking companies to ensure orders are picked-up, loaded and shipped in an accurate and timely manner for each customers. • Generate billing invoice using FNS system and send AR invoices to customers. • Manage monthly AP invoices from the vendors to coordinate payments with accounting team before the due dates. • Work well with computers; fast typing skills as well as basic knowledge on MS Office Excel. Position 5–Ocean Import Specialist The Ocean Import Coordinator is a position primarily responsible for filing entry documents, tracking and updating the movement of freight, and ensuring compliance with import and export clearance regulations set forth by the U.S. CBP and other government agencies Responsibilities Coordinate and arrange ocean import services for domestic and international goods. Communicate with various contacts (customers, vendors, partners, and more) in processing shipments. Expedite clearance and delivery to meet client’s requirements, A/R, and A/P Maintain and compile operational information including but not limited to customer/vendor profiles, quotes, and other related data. Provide daily activity reports to management.
