스모그 테스트 하러 갔더니, 테스트 결과 용지에 다음과 같이 써있네요.
“Your vehicle failed the smog check inspection due to the fact that the vehicle’s on-board computer system has not completed the emission system’s self checks”. 그리고 OBDII가 “Not Ready”라고 되어 있습니다.

팬더믹때 자동차를 1년 가까이 운전하지 않아서 배터리가 방전이 되었었는데, 그게 이유인거 같은데요.
인터넷에 찾아보니, 자동차를 일주일정도 5운전하라고 되어있는데, 제가 제대로 이해하고 있는게 맞는건가요?

Amazon에서 OBD scanner 찾으시면 십몇불 이면 사실 수 있는데, 그걸로 운전석 밑에 연결 포트에 꼽으면 ready 여부 바로 확인 가능합니다
배터리 나가면 ECU가 리셋 되서 일정 시간 or 거리 운전하셔야 ready가 되더군요 제 20년된 세단 경우는 한 100마일 정도 운전 해야 되더군요
