Main Responsibilities / 주요 업무

1) Export Logistics Operation
• Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate shipment movements.
• Track, trace, and update shipment status on a daily basis.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams through frequent emails, phone calls, and verbal interactions.

2) Hiring Position
• Entry-level or intermediate-level candidates are welcome.
• Training will be provided for motivated beginners.

주요업무 요약
• 운송사 및 협력업체와의 협조를 통해 수출 화물이 정확하고 신속하게 운송될 수 있도록 관리
• 화물의 진행 상태를 일일 단위로 추적 및 업데이트
• 고객, 벤더, 사내 직원들과 이메일, 전화, 미팅 등을 통한 원활한 커뮤니케이션 유지
• 신입 또는 경력자 모두 지원 가능 (업무 관련 교육 제공 예정)

Qualifications / 자격 요건
• Bilingual in Korean and English (verbal & written) preferred.
• Experience in Import/Export Operations is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

자격 요건 (한글)
• 한국어와 영어 모두 가능한 분(말하기 및 쓰기) 우대
• 수출입 물류 관련 경력자 우대
• 미국 내 합법적인 근무 자격 소지자
