Social Media Marketing Associate (Entry-Level)
The Social Media Marketing Associate (Entry-Level) is responsible for planning, creating, and managing the company’s social media content. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and media-related fields.________________________________________
■ Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
• Manage and operate the company’s official social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Publish content according to the content calendar
• Monitor and manage comments and direct messages (DMs)2. Content Planning & Creation Support
• Create visual content including images, short-form videos, and Reels
• Develop targeted content tailored to specific audiences (employment, study abroad, visa applicants, etc.)
• Collect, organize, and manage content materials3. Brand & Marketing Support
• Support company marketing campaigns
• Update and maintain marketing materials4. Insights & Reporting
• Monitor channel-specific insights and performance metrics
• Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and annual marketing performance reports
• Support the development of monthly and annual marketing plans________________________________________
■ Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, Film/Video, or related fields
• Strong interest in social media and digital marketing
• Experience using design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Bilingual in English and Korean

• Highly organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
• Experience managing Instagram or LinkedIn accounts
• Experience creating Reels, short-form videos, or YouTube content
• Strong creative drive and passion for content creation■ Salary: $45K per year or higher (depending on experience)
