    1) Warehouse Manager
    – Full Time
    2) Assistant Warehouse Manager
    – Full Time
    3. Responsibility:
    1) Warehouse Manager
    Manager Production/Warehouse Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Provide a safety-first work environment for all associates.
    • Communicates with customers regarding requirements, orders, complaints and concerns
    • Establishes and implements best practices related to production scheduling, inventory management, warehouse management and material control
    • Handle the in/out bound trucking
    • Manage the manpower, space and equipment planning process to ensure maximum efficiencies.
    • Manage, prepare and present business plan activities and results.
    • Supervises the physical inventory and cycle counts for the Finished Goods and Raw Materials Warehouses
    • Attend Daily /Weekly Operation Report (DOR) Meeting; review and present daily activity
    • Conduct performance evaluations of assistant managers. Ensure the effectiveness and implementation of corrective actions
    • Review, approve and resolve discrepancies of supervisor’s performance evaluations.
    • When necessary, this position may be required to perform other functions as required to meet the company’s and/or our customer’s needs/demands.
    • Provides ongoing training and retraining of employees to ensure that they are prepared to meet or exceed the productivity standards for their function.
    Manager Production/Warehouse Qualifications:
    • Must have at least 7 years of Manufacturing/warehouse experience
    • Possess advanced knowledge of material service, warehousing and transportation functions.
    • Ability to understand and implement strategic plans. Ability to effectively communicate both written and orally.
    • Ability to multi-task, manage one’s own time and the time of others.
    • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
    • Ability to understand behaviors and persuade and negotiate others to change their minds or behaviors and reconcile differences
    • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP or WMS system

    2) Warehouse Assistant Manager (Supervisor)
    Essential duties and responsibilities
    • Monitor performance and supervise the work of employees.
    • Supervise and coordinate the most efficient unloading of inbound shipments, orderly stacking of product, and the picking, packing and staging of outbound shipments in accordance with the highest possible levels of quality.
    • Responsible for the cross-communication between shifts.
    • Assign tasks to Warehouse Employees based on current workloads and experience
    • Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
    • Communicate with others to coordinate material handling or movement
    • Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment.
    • Maintain a clean; neat, and orderly work area; ensure all security policies and procedures are followed.
    • Enforces, and maintains safety standards, policies, practices, and procedures in order to comply with laws and regulations and minimize accidents and injuries; assists in the ongoing company safety programs.
    Assistant Manager Production/Warehouse Qualifications:
    • Must have at least 4 years of Manufacturing/warehouse experience
    • Possess advanced knowledge of material service, warehousing and transportation functions.
    • Ability to understand and implement strategic plans. Ability to effectively communicate both written and orally.
    • Ability to multi-task, manage one’s own time and the time of others.
    • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
    • 3PL Supervision experience preferred
    • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP or WMS system
    4. Additional Qualification:
    – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred but not required
    – Logistics or Trading Operation & Sales will be an advantage
    – Fluency in English and Korean is required
    – Must have legal status working in the U.S.
    – Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
