Now Editing “NIW (I-140) 신청할때 추천서가 꼭 요구되는건 아닌가요?” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 미국에서 박사졸업후에 미국 대기업에서 일하고있습니다. 회사에서 영주권 스폰서해주고, 이 회사의 이민관련 전담하는 lawfirm에서 NIW로 file했다고 연락왔네요. 그런데 일반적으로 제가 이해하기엔 추천서 5장이상을 받아야하는것으로 알았는데 추천서 받으라는 얘기가 없어서, 안필요하냐고 lawfirm에 물어봤는데 다음과 같이 답이 왔어요. "Not all NIW petitions require letters of support. Given the strength of your publication and citation record we are confident that we will be able to obtain an approval of your case based on that evidence alone without the submission of support letters.
