이런 경우도 있다는 경험 나눕니다~딱 2년 걸렸는데, 제 경우엔 NIW를 Texas center (SRC) 로 먼저 넣고, NIW가 승인되기 바로 전에 I485/765/310을 NBC로 (접수하자마자 texas center로 이관되어 빨려들어갑니다 ㅠㅠ) 접수한 경우라 순서가 뒤죽박죽인데, 일단은 시간 순서대로 적었습니다. New card is being produced 와 approval 스텝은 건너뛰고 쿨하게 그냥 그린카드만 보내줍니다.

7/22/20 I-140 petition 발송
8/8/20 접수 확인증 받음(SRC20903xxx)

6/9/21 i485/765/131 발송
6/10/21 i485/765/131 접수됨
6/29/21 fee was charged at bank
7/6/21 i485/765/131 receipt(MSC21915xxx)

7/12/21 i140 RFE notice on uscis website—&gt; 허나 아무 메일도 받지 못해서 도대체 어떤 서류을 준비해야되는지 몰라 발만 동동 구릅니다. 7/25/21까지 우편으로 받지 못하면 재송부 요청하라길래 기다립니다.
 7/25/21에 변호사 통해서 rfe 우편으로 못받았다고 다시보내달라는 request 하고 몇일후 바로 승인

*11/5/21, 11/12/21, 11/17/21 I693 courtesy letter (in white mail) received (이후 두번 더=아마 2주 동안 총 다섯번 받았습니다. 신났었죠. 그만큼 저의 i693이 필요한거고, uscis 에서도 그만큼 빨리 승인해주길 원하는구나. 경기도 오산이었습니다 ㅠㅠ)

*i693은 2021년 10월부터 코비드백신 의무화에 따라 form 에 백신정보를 넣게 바뀐다고 해서 기다렸다가 10월 중순에 medical exam 했습니다. 병원에서 서류를 픽업하는데까지 일주일정도 걸렸고, RFE든 인터뷰요청이든 오기만 해라 하고 미리 받아두었습니다.

*결국 보냈던 I693은 분실되고, 같은 병원에서 재발급 비용 25불 내고 다시 받아서 보냈습니다. Courtesy letter는 정말 courtesy인가 봅니다. 신경안쓰셔도 될듯…
