This individual will be the business contact point for Hyundai subsidiares, suppliers and other potential partners especially contents. The position requires managing projects from initial requirements through implementation. Tasks include, but not limited, to drafting contracts, sales reports, presentations, and marketing. This individual will keep up with the latest technologies related to automotive industry, analyze and help identify potential new features/contents, and attend industry conferences. The CP management sector is 1) Headquarters and local CP companies, CP company representative channels, 2) VOC response, 3) Local CP regular/occasional evaluation ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Business Operation (10%) Track and report vehicle sales related to company, content usage by customers, and report overall customer experience. Head marketing efforts to inform customers of software releases. Account Management (10%) Act as company liason and contact point for North America HMG subsidiaries - HMA, KUS, HACC, KCI, Mobis, HMB, etc. Contact point for content suppliers. Manage projects from initial requirement stage on through completion stage, ensuring appropriate documentation and completion Conduct/Lead formal project meetings with team, other departments, and customers Infotainment Market Research (20%) Research and analyze new technologies, create and deliver compelling business cases related to infotainment in the N.A market. Explore startup organizations to identify and formulate new potential opportunities Attend industry conferences/meetings to stay up-to-date on the latest market trends Perform a BMT related to infotainment or contents (EV, parking etc.) MCP Product Planning (20%) Contact and compare current suppliers of content Track new content from potential suppliers and suggest new features (ex) toll CP, etc) Track new player from potential suppliers and suggest improvements (ex) new charging related CP, etc) Manage MCP (20%) - EV charging, HERE (Traffic, Local Search), Parking, etc. Communicate with contents providers about escalated issues Manage VOC issues Evaluate CP quality (Lab/field) Communicate with customers (i.g. Master's preferred. 5-10 years of experience as in automotive technology industry Experience individuals who have worked in Automotive Tier 1 Supplier. Experience working with large companies, preferably automotive and/or software manufacturers or contents suppliers Experience in automotive business management, market research, and marketing Be comfortable with technical & business audiences Bi-lingual in Korea preferred Python developer preferred Salary Range - $89,190 to $127,534 I agree to the terms of service Update List
