Network Technician – Day Shift (Bilingual in Korean)
Location: Taylor, TX, USA
Type: Full-Time / Onsite
Salary: $31/hr+ or $65,000+ DOE

Work Hours / Schedule:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Schedule 1: Sunday–Tuesday + every other Wednesday
Schedule 2: Thursday–Saturday + every other Wednesday

We are seeking a proactive Network Technician to support the Network Team onsite. Responsibilities include network monitoring, first-level troubleshooting, escalating issues to the Network Team, assisting with projects during change windows, and maintaining network equipment. The ideal candidate is responsible, follows SOPs, willing to help others, passionate about networks, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor network systems and respond to incidents.
Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate as needed.
Assist Network Engineers during change windows.
Replace and configure network equipment under guidance.
Follow SOPs, maintain documentation, and communicate effectively with the team.

Requirements / Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of Network Help Desk or Network Technician experience.
Cisco Certified Technician (CCT), CCNA, or CompTIA A+ certification.
Experience with VLANs, IP addressing, Ethernet/fiber cabling, switches, and network troubleshooting.
Must live within 1 hour of Taylor, TX.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and wear cleanroom attire if required.
Bilingual Korean preferred.

Preferred:

CCNA certification or 3+ years in a Network Technician role.
Associate’s degree or higher.
Experience with switch configuration, subnetting, and network troubleshooting.
