Network Administrator (Korean Bilingual)

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to manage and support IT infrastructure across multiple sites in the US, Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia. This role will ensure the high availability, performance, and security of company IT systems, covering network operations, server administration, and security management.

Responsibilities

Network Administration

Manage WAN circuits, Layer 3 switching, and company network infrastructure.

Support Azure network integration and administer Fortinet hardware VPN.

Oversee G-Cloud network management.

Provide Tier 2 support for plant L2/wireless issues and Tier 1 support for office networks.

Network Security

Administer G-Cloud user security solutions (Printer Chaser).

Manage G-Cloud Web Proxy and Unified Threat Management (UTM) firewall.

Oversee user firewall (Zscaler) and other security solutions (NAC, IPS).

Server Administration

Maintain G-Cloud servers (MECM, AD, Printer Chaser, Web Proxy, etc.).

Manage on-premise servers including DHCP, File Server, and Plant Systems.

Collaborate with AWS headquarters for server interface and onsite support.

IT Infrastructure & Security Project Support

Assist IT infrastructure and security projects initiated by the company.

Collaborate with local IT teams and remote support teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in routing and switching technologies (Cisco, Fortinet, Azure Networking)

Hands-on experience with VPN (hardware/software), NAC, firewall, web proxy, and IPS solutions

Experience with wireless network management and troubleshooting

Knowledge of server administration (Windows Server, AD, DHCP, MECM)

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work onsite in Savannah and support multiple locations

Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred, but not required

Preferred Qualifications:

CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Azure Network Engineer, or equivalent certifications

Experience with G-Cloud infrastructure and AWS server environments

Background in manufacturing or enterprise IT environments

Familiarity with company IT security solutions and compliance standards

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
