Develop partnership through frequent communication, meetings and networking • Present business proposals, close deals and negotiate contract with clients and partner companies • Coordinate joint co-marketing efforts with partner companies to increase sales for company’s mobile service Cultivate relationships with clients and partners to develop new business and/or expand on existing business relationships • Identify client needs and provide ongoing support • Coordinate preparation of business proposals, presentations, brochures, and other marketing material, as required. • Represent company at tradeshow and other industry meetings, coordinating follow up on contacts and leads made at the shows. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Experience forging relationships with senior level management • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem solving and negotiating skills • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial self starter and quick learner • Prior experience in retail or foodservice industry is considered a plus, but not required. • Strong command of Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint) <strong>Position - Lease Admin/Specialist </strong>Responsible for performing lease processing duties and general admin that supports and assist in the growth of successful operations.
