Job Descriptions:

– Execute moderately complex field test plans and trouble analysis. Perform test plans as outline in company or Customer requirement documents.
– Understand test scope provided by Sr. Engineer or R&D group to determine test plan requirements.
– Utilize diagnostic tools to capture log files for mobile communication devices and have a basic understanding on how to analyze diagnostic logs.
– Perform field test analysis for customer reported issues. Diagnose, analyze data, offer corrective actions, and provide report regarding results. Interface with customers engineering staff when necessary.
– Assist with development of test proposals and may develop and implement basic test proposals in accordance with Industry – Standards regarding internal/external specifications.
– Required to submit daily reports during field test / field analysis.
– Responsible for compile engineering report outlining specifics KPI’s regarding tests performed.
– Bi-lingual preferred (English / Korean), but it’s not required.
– Experienced on test tools such as QXDM, QCAT, QPST, Wireshark.

– Data Performance Field Testing

Education / Work Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
– 1 – 5 years of work experience.
