Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed): Service Part Material Control * Create a forecast for products needed based on customer requests * Maintain a service part inventory * Keep a current inventory of all quantities of parts * Keep inventory of in-transit quantities * Issue purchase orders for needed quantities * Maintain packaging material for all different shipments Service Part Production Control * Issue internal PO to production control * Production plan request * Service part BOM analysis and manage the components Service Part EO changes * Watch for service part revision dates * FIFO with all parts using the revision dates as guide Service Part Sales Price Update * Request sales price input in GERP * Factor in pricing of packaging in sales price Service Part Shipment * Creation of sales order from different customers for parts ordered * Oversee the procurement of the items to fill the order * Produce sales order for shipment and ASN * Arrange for shipment of order to customer with UPS, Fed Ex, etc. * Verify that parts are loaded and shipped properly Service Part Customer Service * Work with customer on any quality issues * Work with customer and manufacturer on any revision changes * With the help of the customer, make quantity needed forecasts * Work with customer on any disputes with quality or other issues Service Part Accountant Information Analysis * BOL lookup request for pricing information * Determine reasons for payment discrepancies SPO Warehouse Management and Improvement * Perform cycle counts to be sure inventory is correct * Create work standards to use in filling orders * Perform inventory analysis to determine if inventory is adequate Packaging Conformance * Perform audits on packaging materials to be sure quantity is adequate for needed shipments. This would include labels, boxes, bags, pallets, etc. Special Means Projects * Handle special projects or rush orders from time to time. This includes all the duties involved in a regular order, but in a faster time frame. Weekly, Monthly and Semi-Annual and Annual Reports * Create reports dealing with shipping rate, revenue analysis, inventory analysis, and other reports as needed Qualifications: * College degree required * English & Korean Bilingual preferred * Must have good reading, writing and math skills * Able to lift 25 pounds * Must be able to work on the warehouse floor * Must be available to work over time when needed * Regular attendance is expected Technical Competencies: * Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel * Perform general duties such as filing and handling routine correspondence including job related email.
