Beyond a trendy clothing company, Kevin & J will become a leading customer-oriented corporation that creates customer satisfaction. <strong>Overview</strong> The Store Manager is responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of retail outlets, including sales, staff, stock and resources management. The Store Manager acts as if he or she is the business owner and has ultimate responsibility for the daily operations of the store. The Store Manager is accountable for effectively teaching, training and coaching store management into a high performing leadership team that achieves sales goals, meets merchandising brand standards and delivers operational excellence. The Store Manager is expected to role model values and Customer First behaviors in all actions and interactions in order to create a positive Customer First experience. <strong>Responsibilities Leadership, Management, Operation</strong> • Consistently creates a welcoming environment and experience for the customer by always maintaining and executing a customer first mentality.
