Work Hours: M-F 9~6
Bilingual(Korean) Required

Required: 10 years’ experience in IT operations and 3+ years of IT department supervisory experience

Responsibilities:
• Required to identify and recommend MES System Administration improvements, manage internal MES development efforts in accordance with established IT procedures.
• Supervising daily operations, train and motivate team members for high performance
• Actively participate on a technical project team, ensuring that effective relationships are built and maintained.
• Participate in gathering and documenting customer requirements for MES system through client interviews, documentation analysis and Work Flow Process Mapping.
• Support the design, development, deployment and maintenance (including testing) of MES systems.
• Any additional duties as reasonably requested by Management
• 8 to 10 years working with MES in a manufacturing environment.
• Monitoring and Applications Maintenance Support,
• Occasional after hours call answering (on-call) and holiday coverage
• Analyzes and evaluates systems. Devises system programs and related procedures to process data. Encodes, tests, debugs, trouble shoots, and installs the operating programs for user department. (VOC management)
• Daily working with HQ and other subsidiaries MES engineers to resolve VOC, process error, Reporting, fixing bugs
• Collaboration with Engineers in line for Process, line operation changes.

Qualifications:
• SQL Server / Oracle DB skills
• Advanced SQL scripting writing including use of supporting scripting languages
such as Java, Javascript, PHP, Phython, Etc
• Experience Operating systems (Microsoft, Linux, Unix environment)
• Network attached devices, barcode scanners, scales, etc
• Project Management Discipline
• Technical Writing
• Ability to train new IT staff, supervise and motivate team members for high performance
• Gather, analyze, document, and implement changes/enhancements/solutions in conjunction with business departments such as planning, production, quality, logistics, and maintenance
• 3+ years of experience in IT manager or similar role
• Good reasoning, problem solving and project management capability with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with overall Digital Factory eco-systems, e.g. PLM, ERP, Logistics etc.
• Proven Teamwork player with other team members.
• B.A and B.S on MIS, CIS, CS or CE
• Bilingual Korean due to heavy communication with HQ development, operation team

Preferred: (better if they have) – desirable skills that they can have to do the job easier
• Windows server, Solaris and AIX systems experience
• DB Operation SQL experience
• .Net and Java experience

Nice to have: (best if they have) – would like but not required to do the job
• Proven customer service ethic and character due to heavy workload each quarter for S, Tab and Note series
