Qualifications:

 • Proficiency in MS Office(Excel, Word, PPT), PDF Programs Desirable/Preferred Skills

•  2 more Years of work experience (Preferably in the construction industry)

• Plus if familiar with programs such as Auto CAD, 3D modeling programs & Navisworks

JOB OBJECTIVES:

  This position supports overseeing the installation of process ductwork, piping systems, and mechanical equipment. This role involves direct communication with subcontractors to ensure all construction activities are executed safely, on schedule, and in strict accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES 

 • Subcontractor Management: Coordinate the on-site activities of subcontractors engaged in the installation of process ducts, piping, and mechanical equipment.

• Schedule & Progress Control: Monitor daily on-site construction progress and manage work sequences to ensure adherence to the project master schedule.

• Technical Review: Review and manage Shop Drawings with other supervisors and submittals for accuracy and compliance with engineering requirements.

• Quality & Safety Oversight: Conduct regular site inspections to verify installation quality and enforce strict adherence to OSHA and site-specific safety protocols.

• Issue Resolution: Support identification and resolving technical discrepancies or site constraints that may impact installation or scheduling.

• Work Front Management: Proactively secure and manage work fronts by collaborating with other departments (Civil, Electrical, etc.) and partner companies to ensure unobstructed access for mechanical installation.
