Main responsibilities include: Strategic Planning and Implementation: Formulate and implement the overall strategy and goals of the mechanical manufacturing department, consistent with the company's long-term development strategy. Production Management: Organize and coordinate production plans to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the production process and deliver customer orders on time. Supervise the daily operation of the production line, identify and solve problems in production, and improve production efficiency. Quality Control: Establish and improve the quality management system to ensure that products meet industry standards and customer requirements. Lead quality improvement projects, regularly analyze quality data, and promote continuous improvement.
