Location: Matteson, IL

Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm (no work on weekends and holidays)주요 업무:

• 직원 상담, 고충 처리 및 성과 관리 지원
• 손상(Damage) 관리 업무를 정확하고 철저하게 총괄
• 복지 제도 안내 및 관련 문서 관리
• 연방·주 노동법 준수 및 인사 기록 관리
• 기타 인사 행정 업무 지원자격 요건:
• 관련 전공 학사 학위 또는 동등한 경력
• 영어 능통자 (한·영 이중언어 우대)
• HR 또는 행정 업무 경력 0–2년
• 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 정리정돈 및 멀티태스킹 가능
• MS Office 사용 가능

Job Description:
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Confirm daily work hours in P4N’s human resource management(“HRM”) system and report daily attendance to a client.
• Daily communication with a client to get hiring requests and hear their demand/request/feedback and report to P4N top management immediately.
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
• Conduct background check and drug screening for all new employees.
• Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by a client to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
• Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Precisely oversee Damage management.
• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintain human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Must be fluent in English (Korean-English Bilingual preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office
